At Mastercard, you will join an amazing culture with brilliant, collaborative people. You will find nine distinct business resource groups (BRGs), created to promote a more inclusive culture for all. These employee-led groups come together based on similar interests or experiences and a shared passion for inclusion, and they are open to everyone. 2. Events and Volunteer Days
We always have a reason to celebrate, so we host events throughout the year - from St. Patrick’s Day and Diwali to Halloween - for our colleagues to get together and celebrate! We also offer 5 volunteer days so that you can use work time to give back to the organization of your choice and our St. Louis employees volunteer every year more than 20,000 hours combined!
3. On-site Starbucks and cafeteria
Forgot your lunch? Head to the cafeteria for breakfast and lunch – with a variety of food choices - and use the mobile or desktop ordering app for efficiency and social distancing. You can also grab your daily shot of energy at our on-site Starbucks! Complimentary fresh-ground coffee and flavored sparkling water stations are also available in our kitchen areas.
4. On-site fitness center
Our on-site fitness center offers group exercise classes, a personalized exercise program and personal training!
5. Walking trail
Take a break and get outside by walking our paved, one-mile walking trail around our beautiful campus.
6. Game room
Grab your favorite colleague and head to the game room for a friendly competition of Pac Man or ping pong or shoot some hoops with our indoor basketball game.
7. On-site health center
Emergency and first aid administration is available to all workers in addition to free on-site flu shots and biometric screenings at our on-site health center.
8. Ergonomic desks
Did you know that people who use a standing desk report less stress and fatigue than people who sit for an entire day? Take advantage of our ergonomic desks and stand throughout the day and lead a happier, healthier office life.
9. Car charging stations
In addition to our new covered parking lot, we are pleased to offer free car charging stations for electric vehicles.
10. Solar canopy
The majority of our parking lots are covered by the largest solar canopy in the Ameren, Missouri region which not only provides solar power, but also covers cars from inclement weather.
