Our paid internship program immerses emerging talent in the digital economy. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain firsthand exposure to how a global technology company drives innovation across industries.
We offer internships in 40+ countries with durations ranging from a few weeks to a full year. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
Who we're looking for
- Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, set to complete your studies next year
- An innovative thinker with a passion for creating impactful solutions
- A complex problem-solver who is curious about working for a global tech company
- Specific qualifications vary by role
What our interns do
- Build or test features with tech and data teams
- Support product and consulting work for global clients
- Create campaigns with marketing teams
- Analyze data shaping strategy and key decisions
No matter the program, you will:
- Contribute to real projects with real-world impact
- Receive support, coaching, and mentorship
- Attend learning sessions and hear from senior leadership
- Join events, volunteer activities, coffee chats, and team socials
- Lay the foundation to be considered for a return offer, possibly in our Launch program
