Overview

Launch is Mastercard’s flagship global graduate program: an 18-month experience that develops recent Bachelor’s and Master’s graduates into future-ready professionals across areas like Technology, Consulting, Product, and Sales.

You’ll join Mastercard as a permanent, full-time employee and become part of a Launch cohort, a group of employees participating in the guided development program alongside their day-to-day work.

You'll work on projects that influence how people pay, move, and connect, helping to shape the future of the digital economy while growing your professional expertise.

The program currently spans over 50 countries, 80 offices, and 850+ participants annually.

Who we're looking for

We'd love to talk to you if you are:

  • A recent or upcoming graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • An innovative thinker with a passion for creating impactful solutions
  • A complex problem-solver who is curious about working for a global tech company
  • Specific qualifications vary by role

What the Launch program involves

Mastercard's Launch program places you in a paid, full-time role within our company. You'll start by meeting your manager, an onboarding buddy, and your local cohort of other Launchers. After being introduced to our culture, tools, and ways of working, you'll attend a virtual bootcamp to understand our strategy, purpose, and impact. You'll engage with senior leaders, join interactive workshops, and network across offices.

After onboarding, you'll spend the next 18 months contributing in a hands-on role at Mastercard, all while growing alongside the rest of your Launch cohort. Each quarter, you'll participate in activities like Skill Boost sessions to strengthen your impact.

At the end of the program, you and your manager will chart your next step, whether that's a continuation of your current role, a promotion, or a different opportunity within Mastercard.

No matter your path, you'll belong to a global community of thousands of Launchers; receive personalized support, mentorship, and learning opportunities; and gain new skills to own your career.
