Welcome to Mastercard's Global Headquarters
Mastercard’s Global Headquarters in Purchase, New York and is designed to foster innovation, collaboration and connection. Here, we believe in the power of teamwork, where our executive leaders and talented teams join forces to turn visions into reality and nurture an inclusive and connected culture. Imagine an environment where you'll be working side by side with colleagues across different disciplines like software engineering and consulting, exploring fresh ideas during deep-dive sessions that highlight our progress, and participating in engaging townhalls and executive-led panels, where thought leadership and open discussions flourish. At our headquarters, you get to play a vital role in shaping our innovative journey.
The Purchase headquarters is made up of spaces to work, grow and spend time with teammates. Our open concept office is organized into "neighborhoods" with easy collaboration in mind. There are ample rooms to hold meetings and gatherings, as well as connect with colleagues, whether it's virtually or in-person. As part of our commitment to being a force for good, we offer regular volunteering opportunities to connect employees to their passions and enrich the surrounding community. The office is also home to chapters of our nine Business Resource Groups (BRGs), employee-led group that promote Mastercard's diversity, equity and inclusion strategy. Employees can also take advantage of our on-site fitness center, workout classes, games, and walking path on our beautiful grounds.
The 450,000 square-foot building is set upon approximately 48 acres and is LEED Gold certified for environmental sustainability thanks to the installation of solar panels and electric car charging stations. The three-unit building, based on geometry of interlocking circles, triangles, and squares, conveys solidity and strength and is designed to blend with the landscape. The outdoors is brought inside through floor-to-ceiling windows and a three-story, sky-lit atrium in each wing. The surrounding landscape is complemented by beautiful plantings, including two weeping beeches near the front entrance.
