Program associates pursue diverse experiences across different business units with the opportunity for international placement. Previous projects have included:

Associate Managing Consultant Program
Collaborate with global colleagues as you help some of the world's biggest brands answer their most challenging strategic questions. Working with technology and data, you will gain broad exposure to a range of industries, including financial services, retail, hospitality and more.

Program participants are aligned to a track:
Strategy & Transformation
Lead clients through sound decision-making as they tackle strategic, tactical, operational, and transformational challenges. Topics include product, marketing, loyalty, innovation, and more. Apply a broad set of problem-solving techniques to improve overall performance and operations.
Business Experimentation
Work directly with senior-level client partners to advise on business decisions by measuring in-market experiments, using an industry-leading data science SaaS platform, Test & Learn®.

We're looking for talented second-year MBA students who demonstrate:
  • Strong evidence of leadership potential
  • Proven track record of achievements both academically and professionally
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze large amounts of data and condense it in an insightful way
  • Ability to create and present persuasive analysis
  • MBA graduates (MBA degree must be completed prior to program start date)

Additional qualifications by program
Management Associate Internship Program
  • Interest in a long-term career in finance, markets, product, or operations and technology 
  • Comfort with ambiguity 

Associate Managing Consultant Internship Program
  • Demonstrable management consulting, financial services and/or retail experience
  • Excellent client management & engagement management skills
  • Experience with project management and clear delegation, task ownership, and task management 
  • Experience using data analysis or querying tools (e.g. SQL, SAS, Excel or Tableau) is an asset (particularly for Business Experimentation tracks)
