Supporting India's digital future
Our Vadodara Technology Centre is a cornerstone of Mastercard’s commitment to the “Digital India” and “Make in India” initiatives. From supporting payment tokenization to shaping next-gen payment technologies along with global teams, our Vadodara workforce is working towards supporting the real-world solutions that make everyday life easier, safer, and more efficient. The office’s expansion in 2018 marked a major milestone in our journey to support India’s cashless economy and build inclusive digital infrastructure.

At Mastercard, we are proud to be recognised as one of India’s most inclusive and rewarding workplaces year after year. Honours from Great Place to Work®, AVTAR, PRIDE Circle, Zinnov, and others reflect our commitment to creating a culture where everyone belongs and every voice matters.
In Vadodara, that culture comes to life through meaningful work, continuous learning, and a strong sense of community. Our teams don’t just build technology, they build impact. From mentoring programmes to wellness initiatives, and leadership development to local volunteering, employees are supported to grow, thrive, and make a difference.
